Cancellation Policy for Hello Energy Solution
At Hello Energy Solution, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your service. In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation notice
If you need to cancel your service, please provide us with written notice of your cancellation via email within 1 or 2 days of placing your order.
Refunds
If you cancel your service within the allowed time frame, we will refund the full amount paid, minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your service outside of the allowed time frame, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Changes to service
If you need to make changes to your service, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If changes to your service result in a reduction in the length or scope of your service, we may issue a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in our Refunds section.
No-shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled service, we will not be able to offer a refund.
